I get the usual aches and pains but nice methodical steady climbing is no problem.

I was thinking of inventing a new contraption for coming out of the tree to collect a cup of tea and saving the effort of climbing all the way back up.

It's based on the bungee cord, if you put a lid on the cup, you just leap out of the tree, grab the cup off the customer, and before you have time to say "Ta very much love" your back on the branch

A better guage might be "What have you broke during tree take downs" in your career...

I'll start:

2x greenhouse glass panes

1x Fence panel

1x small garage window

1x 3x2 concrete paving flag

1x Mewp

:001_tt1:

I think the Mewp beats most of us hands down :001_smile:

You could write what ive broken in the last 14 years on the back of a postage stamp.

As long as it was this one......

if you are doing everything by the book, as you always should in this game. i find there is only so quick you can be. but if i were to imagine myself cutting a few corners. like say free climbing 50feet for starters and making up excuses for damaged fences, holes in lawns and broken roses, knocking the head off into nieghbouring no mans land. then i can imagine myself being pretty nifty:sneaky2::001_tongue:
