Does anybody know somebody with some kind of authority at Northern Arb Supplies? I placed a order with them 10 weeks ago now, with payment. And not a word, every time I phone up, the chap who took my order is conveniently with a customer and will phone back, and I'm still waiting for that call! Not overly amused with there customer service! Any help would be appreciated.

If you paid with a credit card, I'd get on to them cancel the transaction and to retrieve your/their money.

They said they would beat/ equal other suppliers prices I sent a request for a polesaw quote and never heard a thing. It could be an employee issue. Stilll not good. I do think you will get sorted.

I had a similar problem with them over a pair of chainsaw trousers that I wanted to exchange. Took about a month to get sorted. Not too impressed

Never used them but have found Gustharts to be fantastic with their customer service, and they even speak in Northern!

Agree, I've used both gustarts and fr jones. No problems, great service by both. I used northern arb as they had a particular pair of chainsaw trousers that I wanted
