Frank our set-up's are frighteningly similar.

 

So is our takedown methodology by the sound of things! You need a long extension cable for the bigger stuff though, don't you?

Yeah they are quite similar, and I only just moved onto some 8mm red and black friction cord last week, off of the yellow and black stuff.

 

My take down methodology (is that a word?) is simply, "tree, meet ground".:001_tongue:

Tee motion for most work tree austria for conifers! tacyon with vt for most applications scorch,fly,or edelrid madera or plain xtc for rainy days or when the tacyon is drying,various length working strops with art positioner,rope guide for small to large trees,standard cambium saver for big trees.

New england wire core with ropeman and carbon geckos for spike work....

I wana see some of these climbing systems they sound complicated, i work with a 56 year old guy who's only been doing Arb 4 years and i do feel some times Im teaching him more than Im learning from him.

Any thing any one can show i might not already know would be much appreciated.
