I really hate it when we turn up to do a job that's been booked in for months only to find I become a mediator between the two neighbours 3 sides to every story , Your's Mine and the Truth . Thats why I always work to the golden rule , Below

The customer was under the impression you would remove them offsite and dispose of them, this was the contract.

we had a lady who returned home as we were pulling away from doing a job for her neighbour. My wagon was over her drive, so she stopped me to complain. I said we were just leaving and explained we had knocked, but she wasn't in, it was only a small job, so we parked up and got it done. She then began to get abusive..so I just smiled and said 'that's not very nice is it. why don't you pop inside and boil your head...and make yourself some stupid soup?'. That ended the conversation as we pulled away
