I would have to say yes it did help, I surprised myself by actually posting to be honest its something i wouldn't usually do. I've got along way to go yet but ive taken the first step and thats to talk to get it off ones chest. Good on you for starting the thread and to everyone else for posting :thumbup1:

after the stress thread i started yesterday, out of all the members that replied, did you feel it helped just having the chance to get it off your chest?:001_smile:

It’s a bit of a no-brainer, that one Steve my boy.

It feels good talking about these problems and yes, its good to get it off your chest. We’re amongst friends here on Arbtalk – Its such a shame we cant just stroll out the house, walk down the road and all meet in our local. It would be the busiest and most vibrant village pub for miles around!!

Our industry can be a lonely one sometimes and I’m conscious of not wanting to off-load baggage on members of my team. Arbtalk is the success it is today because we don’t feel isolated anymore, we’re part of a thriving community, sharing knowledge, wisdom and many-a-new idea!

I hope the stress thread will be kept alive and that people wont deviate on it too much – Its there to help people as and when they need it…

….Now then, back to my imaginary pub – My round, what’s everyone having….? :001_smile:

as long as there are crazy customers, breakdowns and bad weather, i am sure the thread will be kept going, but it would be great if it didnt and everyone was ok, but thats just my ideal world mate:001_smile:
