Have you told the police and badgered them. I had a laser pointer nicked from car. It turned up on ebay I "won" it but the police went round and knicked the lad. I would have gone otherwise.. the lad got some community service and I got my laser back.

Police man friend said you had to make a fuss to get anything done however and they nearly balls it up turn ing up to pick it up in panda car. I found and had to win the item however. I even had to arrange the pick up. I told him I would pay cash to save paypal fees. If you actually won the saw and picked it up it would have more effect them just messing him about..
