Have you told the police and badgered them. I had a laser pointer nicked from car. It turned up on ebay I "won" it but the police went round and knicked the lad. I would have gone otherwise.. the lad got some community service and I got my laser back.

Police man friend said you had to make a fuss to get anything done however and they nearly balls it up turn ing up to pick it up in panda car. I found and had to win the item however. I even had to arrange the pick up. I told him I would pay cash to save paypal fees. If you actually won the saw and picked it up it would have more effect them just messing him about..

I would be a bit carefull with that.

 

If they click on end and sell to highest bidder you will be liable for whatever you bid, if you don't pay they can use the courts to come after you
