Card Fraud and eBay - Beware of Seller

After suspecting the fraudulent transaction, we investigated it through our card processor. It turns out his email address is on a list with fraud history.

 

Always nice to get this info after the event :001_huh:

 

This coupled with the fact he bought saws then instantly sells then eBay for a LOSS is surely enough evidence.

 

Well I am not saying he is innocent and you do as you will but that's only enough evidence in a Kangaroo court:laugh1:

 

My response was to the questions about what the police and ebay were doing and they cant do much without evidence
