Like I said, it would be a very boring world if we all did and thought the same. And not trying to be a hero. Question was would you climb this, I said yes you say no. Nothing else to be said really. I actually said it looked climbable, but not if it could be felled.

It's not the climbing that's the issue, it's taking a big top.

I wouldn't of dismantled it by rope and harness I'd of felled it or used a mewp. I also wouldn't let any of the lads I was with climb it no matter how keen they are. Some things just aren't worth a few more quid in your pocket

I may of climbed it, I doubt I'd of done it in a big top, just bit by bit starting at the top.

Maybe use a pull rope installed from the ground to give it a pull test and see how stable it felt. It didn't go any further in the winds so on a calm day should be safe enough.
