yep they are are made in eastern europe and riko distribute them we got ours without power rotator as it makes the hydraulics too complicated for a skid steer

What height do the mini loaders like Boxer and Kanga lift up to?

I would need it to load a 7.5t.

I have hired the Avant a few times over the years and the telescopic arm is handy for loading, but he machine is restricted by its width.

Yeah it's a tk216. I tried for a boxer but gave up after they didn't return calls or emails I'm still waiting to hear back from them 9 months on. Avant wanted to sell me a machine that wouldn't fit in my truck. Kanga were great to deal with. Get them to bring a machine out for a demo or if you're ever near Lancaster come and look at mine.

 

Snap i tried contacting them also on more than 1 occasion and they couldnt be arsed replying!

Worth pointing put that Dean's top-of-range Multione GT was the only model that oscillated laterally in the middle as well as articulating. The wee ones like my S20 are horizontally rigid like Avants , so like skidsteer or track machine you get the odd interesting moment of 2-point ground contact on uneven terrain. (I say 'was' because the new GT models are also non-oscillating, which seems a massive step backwards.)

 

All the Weidemann-style baby artics have oscillating centre joints, but they're much heavier than a Multione/Avant for the same lift. And I prefer sitting up front rather than on top of the engine.

 

Nearest equivalent I can find is this: articulated and 4WS, oscillating rear axle keeps all the rubber on the ground. They started off doing straight Multione knockoffs.

All of the schaffer articulated loaders oscillate as well.Most mainstream loader manufactuer's have the driver sitting on the back part only avant/multione seem to have kept the front seat

Avant have brought out 2 new loaders, the R series. R28 and R35

 

Still not oscillating but articulated and the driver is sat on the rear of the machine. Easier to drive apparently
