Tricky Sycamore.

We removed this Sycamore this week, it was in a bit of a tricky spot, growing out of a steep banking over a river and sewer pipe.

The owner was concerned that if it ever failed it would cause all sorts of problems.

I failed to get a before picture, but my son has some from earlier in the job, which I will add later.

I cut and chucked much of the tree, but there was a point at which I was faster to lower the timber, than cut discs and section them small enough too throw.

We set up a line between two Oaks with a pulley running between them and swung chunks in to the path above, there should be some pic's of this later.

Then for the lowest part of the trunk, we set up another line, from two Oaks to the mog and zip-lined sections over to a garden below the tree.
