Hi, excuse my ignorance, i'm used to using prussik loops to climb with and have heard people reffering to 'VT's' - what exactly are they and am i better off using one?

thanks :001_smile:

edit: would it be possible to create a 'newbie' type section so people like me don't have to ask silly questions in the general section?

just a thought...

Inspya,

Now you're getting it, bro.

VT's rock, and judging by the last pic on your post you will be a very welcome addition to the forum.

Tree surgeon? Hardest job in the world blah blah blah....

VT's ,prussiks climb on what you feel safest,i never really got on with the vt untill about 3 years ago and now i would never change back but im trying to convert a student friend but he switched back to a prussik and shaved 20 secs of his time at capel and came third so what works for some wont always work for others!
