thank you for your support like i have mentioned in op i have managed to get everything needed to climb just need my spikes but they can wait as i don't see them as an essential thanks mick

Mick probably has some Spikes you can have.You'll just have to "Ride" his "Bike" once or twice.Probably won't be soooo bad,its been leagle since the 1960s.
