i have finally gotten round to carving a roe buck. i have wanted to do one since i started carving but just never found the time. so after almost 9 years here it is.

That is very very nice. You have a thing about antlers!!!! you'll need to tell us what you used for the colouring. Lovin the workshop. I take it the door is your creation as well.:thumbup1:

Hi Gnome i have a thing about deer in general i even named my son Roe!!

yes i made the door and as for the stain i just used normal fence stain. you just have to know how to build up the layers of coulor.

Very nice, wish I had a little more time and timber to carve. Don't let plogs see that big but in the background, he'll want to log it up...I hear he likes nice big buts haha.
