This morn I done something to my neck. It hurts unlike anything I have EVER felt, been in bed all afternoon unable to move due to extreme pain, diazepam hasn't touched it.

Can just lay on my back, and even then I just get very sharp very intense pain.

Just felt like I caught it. Then stupidly I went out on lifeboat exercise....

Got a hot water bottle on it now and I'm about to drown myself in some more pills.

I'm not one that goes to the docs much as I just tend to get on with it.

Think I need to go hospital....

I went to hospital the other month.....

I was working on a syc dismantle, felled stem, started ringing it up, hit metal! :sneaky2: was 95% through, so stook metal wedge in and started hitting with hammer to split the ring......

Bit of the hammer chipped off and flew into my ear lobe :001_rolleyes: btw ear lobes bleed like no ones business! but dont have much feeling...

anyhow, got there at 8pm, got seen at 12pm, x ray shows piece of metal 5mm long 2mm wide, 2 hospital staff looked at my ear, i said just inject it, cut it and pick it out....

eventually they did....:001_rolleyes: but after digging around for ages said no we cant find it, you'll have to live with it in your ear :001_rolleyes::001_huh:

i dont go to hospitals often try not to, so i've still got the metal in my ear which i can feel..... how hard can it be to find in something as small as an ear lobe?

waste of time, hope you have a better experiance than me rich

Maybe you should then, better safe than sorry. Get some of the crew to pop over with the spine board.

Good idea. If I need it in the morn I will.

Could be wrong.... But shouldn't you have something cold on it!?

Cold or hot. Can switch between the two. Both are suppose to help.
