I teaspoon greek oregano or regular if can't get greek, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, juice one lemon, black pepper to taste, one teaspoon cumin, one teaspoon of ground coriander, I table spoon of Turkish red pepper paste, or I tablespoon of paprika and half teaspoon of chili powder, mix all together with a kilo of diced boneless lamb shoulder (boneless joints of lamb shoulder on special at Aldi)

 

Charcoal grill for best taste or grill indoors if as usual the weather's inclement. Add salt after whilst grilling enjoy :thumbup:
