Been a bit lax with it recently and noticed that my weight was creeping back up. Still nowhere near what I was but with summer coming up I'll kick it back into gear.

Noticed the same. Not been on the crew much recently due to surgery and also have a liking for a glass or two of wine at night which possibly doesn't help. Hoping a two month holiday will help with a lot more walking and some better food choices.

Soooo, iv found the working week generally easy as there is little temptation at the top of trees. Weekends are something totally different though, temptation everywhere. Havnt caved yet but the cakes in the cafe have never looked so good. There is also very little choice at malls and General shopping precincts which doesn't help, I am feeling better and am loving the non bloated feeling after eating. Wife's looking good also
