I haven't been strict either but have lost well over a stone now... Its common sense really, cut out the toast, crisps, bread and chocolate and you're bound to see a difference...

Checking in. Up to 12st 5lb (almost 80KG). Very happy though as bodyfat is about 10%. People say I look ten and half stone.

Clean bulk appears to be working. I'm eating primarily a dozen eggs, a good helping of steak, some fish, maybe 200g-300g of cheese, plus mayo and half a kilo of spring onions and spinach every day,

When do you get time to work!? Must have massive jaw muscles!

I'd be interested to know how you have all that, I.e. A dozen raw eggs in a glass?

I just cook in on the log burner or the George Foreman and throw it on a paper plate on the yard workbench.

I usually miss lunch. Hearty breakfast of 6 eggs plus fish (sometimes salad, usually cheese, either omelette or fried). Get back the the yard about four PM, have 3 fried eggs, salad and cheese or maybe a slice of pork belly in the grill. Lift weights, home at 9ish for a whole bag of spinach, a decent portion of steak, 5 hard boiled eggs plus cheese and mayo.

It's a diet I've happened upon due to cost and convenience rather than some body builder program. Everything except the meat gets delivered from the local wholesale greengrocers. Eggs are a superfood, I never get tired of them. I'm feeling and looking good on it so will stick with it until something changes. :thumbup1:

How much do you reckon you spend on food a week mate? I've not weighed myself as we've not got any scales!

3kg steak- £20

90 eggs- £7 :thumbup1:

Salad: £10

Mayo: £1

Bananas: £2

Cheese 2kg- £10

£50?

Hell that sounds cheap. It's approximate, I just pay the greengrocer tab every month so don't really know.

Bump, so whos still at it? I fall off the wagon but get right back on. Summers round the corner, and this time round I need a beach body! Training and eating well, high fat low carb.

Hey Ben, just started actually. Wife is doing it for weight loss reasons and the more I read about it, the more it makes sense to me. Iv put on a lot since Christmas so at least looking to shed that. Just going through the restless, no energy stage. Also feeling really hungry so looking forward to that passing. Hoping for a change in energy levels and just better health to be honest.
