I have cut out the bread pasta and all the sweet rubbish. Been maxing out on macrel, eggs fruit veg and salad. Only been on it for just ova a week and already I dont feel so bloated, a feeling I had more often than not

I'm amazed at how much you can gain or lose in a relativley short amount of time. Over the weekend I had a Burger King and a few bad meal choices and weighed myself and I'd put 5 lbs on. Felt like poop though afterwards so it won't be a regular thing!!

Not hard really, I haven't been all that strict either, still had milk, pulses occasionally, and things like scotch eggs as sandwich replacements when I hadn't had time to make a packed lunch, even the odd squirt of brown sauce too.

 

What I have done is tried to stay below 100g of carbs a day, and thats not actually that hard.

I've cut alcohol out for the last few weeks and am down into the 12 stone bracket now. Got to the stage where it doesn't feel strange not reaching for the biscuit tin or crisp in the evening. Is everyone else still going?
