Granted the site is devoid of barrier tape, etc, but just goes to show how out of touch people are with the real world sometimes, walking round in cloud cuckoo land. Loud chainsaw, branches everywhere, heavy plant parked on the footpath, hmmm maybe I should take note and see whats going on and use my own common sense here. She got lucky.

Good points, but by the same token, most people would just assume that no one is stupid enough to fell a tree in a public area with no warning signs or cordon.
