Ok here goes. Yes I am the person that was charged with the offence of fly tipping, which I am not proud of, it brought shame to me and our profession. I made the mistake of doing it ONCE and payed the penalty. Do not judge me by ONE silly mistake, which was the culmination of many disasters that befell me for early 2010 till the offence.

£15000 worth of equipment stolen from my previous premises,(moved due to divorce)044', 046's 361's 020's, high pruners, knapsack blowers, Magnum alpine stump grinder, etc it all went. I managed to keep trading on a wing and a prayer then the recession really hit, still managed to keep going contracting to other companies. Then the real blow came. Returned from working one evening and my then 3yr old Jensen wood chipper had been stolen from the drive.

I had worked hard since 2000 building up my business employing two full time tree surgeons and employing extra sub contractors when the need arose.

I mainly contracted to a well established Nursery/landscape/forestry company who employed me for over 10yrs to undertake most of there tree work and have known one of the directors since starting out in the industry in 1993. It seems all this hard work by myself and the men I used to employ was all in vain as it was all taken by low life thieves

I just want to put this unfortunate incident behind me and try to rebuild my business and tarnished reputation.
