You would hope so .. But I don't think the average customer takes any thing in consideration like ropes ppe and probably sees it as the same from the general impression I have got over the years.

I agree to an extent. There are allot of egos in this industry's and with egos comes opinions! But that bloke is just an utter shoelace!
