Lmao, Jon you really brighten my evening up buddy! The talk of andrex,99's and dogs and Mr.Whippys does worry me slightly or should that be disturb me :laugh1:

 

I think im gonna bite the bullet buy a granberg hand grinder and some save edge files for good measure. Messaged Rob so waiting for a reply.

I think its just as economic in the long run to buy an electric grinder as well as the time factor saving especially for the longer 36" and 28" bars and that doesn't even count for the minor wounds and suffering caused using hand files cutting the pinkys and stabbing myself numerous times as I cant be bothered to fit a handle on a file half the time...
