Should I buy Husky or Stihl? Wait, I've got an idea!

I'm fed up for the same old tit for tat. What I want to know is, what feels best for me? And to do that I have to try both, side by side, in the working environment.

So....... who's up for a big ol ArbTalk meet up, where we all bring along saws, strimmers and hedgecutters, and have a play with each others? From the big brands to the little brands that keep getting recommended, but that you would never be able to get a dealer to demo you.

We could do something on a nature reserve, or maybe in the grounds of a charitable organisation? Perhaps even some larger machines, I'd bring my digger along if it wasn't too far to travel.

Goes without saying that we'd need Big J on the gate to keep the gypos out

I think you'd better book St Johns Ambulance as well. Not in case of tool related injuries but because it will end up as a brawl.

Especially once the drink starts flowing.

I'll come along for the boozing but then do a runner!

HI OMT that sound good come to sunny somerset lots of cizzzer:thumbup1: here mate jon

We did a saw fest a year ago, four men, 20 saws, lots of cookies, chips and a decimated log pile:lol:

TBH, it was good for all concerned as the other three arborists work with each other now - I just made lost of noise and chip:thumbup:

Why did you not cut the other 90% of the logpile:001_tt2::lol:

just wondering
