According to the sales bloke at the apf if it's a 3.5ton you'll be lucky to get a m3 of chip in it without being overloaded.

Build quality looks fantastic and driving position was nice, on paper performance looks very good but the only way to run it legally is to get a 5.5ton version and deal with everything that brings with it.

Really wish the authoritys would push the 3.5ton regs limit up to 4 or 4.5ton as modern vehicles are getting heavier to meet regulations but also getting safer and more than capable of handling it.

We have an older one with a wide cab and big box and tail lift on the back. If you were off the legal highway you could fill it with chip and it would still happily pull our 2.2 ton chipper.. Turning circle is amazing.. A much better 3.5 tonner then the Iveco's and Transits IMO. Picture is of it after we had it wrapped but before the sign writing..

New Isuzu Grafter LWB ARB Tipper, you views and feedback??

I run a 2009 one but have the tool box running along the body rather than in front if it. Having the tools where they are on the new one pictured puts the full weight of the chip over the back axle reducing the pay load.

Amazing turning circle, pull like a train and small enough to go anywhere but appalling on anything other than tarmac.

Would I have another? Definately!!
