They have no had it 5 weeks, saying they are waiting for a gauze that must go in carburettor , a stihl dealer

 

Rowena motors would get the carb gauze to you in 24 hrs - the carbs on a large percentage of all two stroke saws are either Zama or Walbro with a few being tillotson, Rowena stock the same carb kits that Stihl put their name on and triple the price:thumbdown:

Who do you send saws with now the post office refuses anything containing flammable liquids?

 

Sent one today with the post office (sold on flea bay ) Just drain all fluids . They asked what it was and I told em ....not a problem ......

well under sale of goods act 1979 para 14 the saws are not fit for the job. put in writing they have 7 days to repair saws to your satisfaction. replace with new saws. or refund your money in full plus your time and expense for having to go back with them.

failure to any of this then take to small claims. but as they have had them back and have not fixed them ask for your money back and go elswere.

shocking service. as for sthil hq good luck bet they side with dealer.
