I bought a new combi hedge cutter and used it yesterday with the extension I already had.

Previous use of this system was agonisingly hard work, even when held vertical, and difficult to stop it wobbling.

With the ELH it stayed perfectly steady and effort was minimal.

With the hedge cutter extension I didn't have to use step ladders so the hedge that normally takes 3hrs to trim the side only took 2hrs. I spread sheets out along the entire hedge so that I didn't have to shuffle one along and apart from fuelling once and stopping to attach the extension, I didn't stop trimming for two hours, because I didn't need to rest.

So, a 30% time saving and what feels like a 75% energy saving.

Awesome!

These things are very very good.

I really don't know why everyone doesn't have one. Until they are tried no one knows what they are like.

The amount it saves on the body alone is fantastic. Then here's the time you actually save in the day by not having to keep stopping for breaks.
