The biggest fry up you can get and a fresh orange juice.

 

And that's followed by a 2ltr bottle of water or squash.

 

Hangover is due to lack of fluids. Pump them in for most of a morning and the rest is just tiredness.

 

Also when out drinking have a pint of water for every 2 pints of beer. Use dot that all the time when out, works a treat, doesn't help the tired feeling but beats a hangover every time.

Irn Bru.

 

I'm actually going to agree with the iron bru. A few blokes down the station swear by this.

 

Had a few on Saturday callouts come in drinking this and you can tell they have had a heavy night. Right as rain an hour later....

 

But could also be after letting there stomach empty over the ass end of the boat. :lol::lol:

Take two anti diarrhoea tablets and two pints of vimpto this will get all the fluids, sugars and salts back in your system that you need! Either that or 1 anti diarrhoea tablet and a dextrosol tablet and the two pints of vimpto (other cordials available!)
