I wonder if the tables were turned, if someone had liberated a caravan off a traveler and then it had been found on the driveway of a suburban house. I wonder if plod would be taking steps to get it back.

 

We pay for the plod and the plod side with the travellers. Why not cut out the middle man. The travellers might as well go to the plod with a shopping list; plod seize items on the list and deliver them to the travellers. That way, everyone knows where things are and the plod don't have to spend their time looking.
