3/8 chain on a husky 346xp

Im going to get the sprocket next time I order from chainsawbars. Because I have some old chains and bars lying around. Just to try them.

I Also have 357xp so flexible for me. I always think its better to go narrower as width is going to sap power. But on the bigger saws you need the strength.

Blimey, not this one again....if you are using Oregon power rim then just change the rim drive. If you are using OEM clutch drum then you may need to change the drum, rim and oiler!

 

I have considered 3/8 but would need to do timed cuts to see how 3/8 performs!
