When I was selling power tools, some we didn't make a penny on, just sold them to get the sales numbers.

 

Others we sold a £400 machine to get £30-40 profit others we made 20%, unless your selling big numbers it's a lot of hassle for little gain.

 

I made most money on small things like screw driver bits, bought for 10p and sold for 50p
