too early in the season

iv a hand full of contracts which involve grass cutting, today i was shocked to find a couple of contractors cutting the grass :scared1:

is it me or have the seasons come too soon?

i wouldnt dare get the mowers out yet..

anyone else noticed this? :confused1:

A bit early why? If the grass is growing, you cut it. Simple. I did my first cut of the year last week and my contracts have always stipulated one cut in december, january and february. That's what my clients ask for. What's the worst that can happen?

damm it a suffer from hayfever :mad1:thought a had at least a month or two to escape it sorry to go off the subject does any one else have this horrible disorder:mad1: and what pills or remadies you using ???

cutting in dec-jan? wouldnt dare potter round my contracts on a ride-on mower. dont think they'd like the nice lawns ripped up...:scared1:

a couple of winter cuts helps keep away diseases, but ground conditions will have a lot to do with it, i saw some guys today scarifying, best thing to do if you ask me, get some fresh air into the turf:001_smile:
