Think about it.

How many of the 12000 (ish) members are just not confident enough to post?

It's probably useful for them to log on and read and gain good info ( and this is one of the few sites you can do that).

Look at most forums and it's cliques, back-biting and slagging.

If you ain't in, your out and so subject to utter torment if you say anything that don't conform.

One of the things I like about this forum, is that ( on the whole) people want to advise and help, but that's not what people generally expect from a lot of forums.
