Broadband packages

My package is over 7 years old, things have changed a bit since then, so we use a lot more wifi, BT are trying to charge me £75 extra for 1 month.

I await there reply to my email, but I would like to know what others pay for unlimited with them and what other offers are out there.

our bill is about £120 a quarter which is unlimited internet, the phone line is included in that price but not sure what call plans we have really as we dont use the home phone anymore

Also, make sure you get them to send you the latest hub for free if you dont already have it. Its a huge improvement over the old one. It automatically changes channels if signal drops off resulting in a very consistent speed.

Talktalk. Unlimited broadband and calls, free wifi hub etc... including line rental £20 a month

I switched to them, moved back to bt within the 30 day cooling off period.

Yep, I shoulda stayed with bt, talk talk sucks, it really does and their customer services are appalling

Just changed from Talk Talk to Sky . Got the broad band , telly and phone all in one now .

Talk talk are pita. Cancelled my account with them then 18 months later said no record of cancellation and huge bill. Fought them over it, no good, then came on watchdog that they had done same to thousands. 2 days later they closed case. Wouldn't touch em with yours.
