Thanks for the kind words fellas. Back to the doctor earlier. He has given me more antibiotics and booked me in for a blood test and a scan just to be on the safe side. He still seems to think it is an infection. We will see!

Keep drinking the water...welcome to the club, one week and I am pretty much better now:thumbup:

Just getting over an upper urinary tract infection, I sympathize about the pain and the loo becomes a friend!

The worst bit is sitting on the loo, pissing standing up makes you pass out, and then pissing a thimble full and wanting to go again is the worse.

Antibiotics and a week necking water sorted mine and am awaiting for the sample to be analyzed!

Good luck M8

I godda thing called a duplex kidney . Basically one kidney has got a sports manifold on it and the other has the standard single tube to the bladder . On the one with two pipes the upper pipe can get an infection . When it does its like pissing rusty fish hooks and broken glass ......

Bloody kindeys, everyone seems to have problems. I went to docs on monday with pain in the lower right hand side of my stomach. Suspected apendicitis or kidney stones, went back on tuesday for it to be confirmed as kidney stones and given some tablets to help pain and told to wait for it to pass naturally. Im hoping its soon rather than later as i can only just cope with the pain.
