Tree I.D.?????

Can you lot help me out again with an I.D on these 2 trees, i didnt really pay attention to them when i looked at them and i cant get it from the pictures, also in the last one, are there any risks of that causing problems at a later date????

lol........will that wound cause any problems at a later date???

 

They are in a conservation area so have TPOs on, the guy at the property said the previous house owners had to ask 3 times before they were granted permission to touch them......... the guy who lives there now wants the limbs that are over the roof of his house gone, and if possible a bit of reduction to let more light in. The first person i spoke to said on the phone that it would be turned down, but when i rang back they sent out the forms to fill in. Is there anything or anyway to tip the odds in our favour, or if they say no is that the end of it???
