Personally I wasnt up for paying lots of money for a branded one, its a bag to me, one from the local charity shop worked great

90L Gelert Expedition ones are good and fairly cheap. Keep my harness, spikes, 45m rope, helmet, silky, crabs, cord etc and still room to spare.

The 90L Gelert Expedition bags do seem good value. Yet to find one in a store to look at though.

charity shop suit cases bout five euro each!! even got one with wheels for when iam lazy or want to look like an flight attendant. great value and work fine.

The gelet and such like are good as mosty waterproof but got same thing from mountain warehouse for about half the price, good quality too. They have lots off good on line deals at the moment.

The Gelert is about £30 is the cheapest I found. Ill have a look at mountain warehouse. :-)

I use the medium base camp duffle bags from north face. Not cheap but certainly hard wearing. Plenty of room for all my kit and I keep my rope in a bag seperate.

Same again. But I use a vented silverbull rope bag for my line. I'd recommend a waterproof bag for kit so if it starts to chuck it down while your up the tree you don't have to worry about it getting soaked through.
