zig zag failure?

So i've received the envelope for the return of my ZZ. I had been thinking I would treat my self to a new harness and a few other bits with the refund +30% credit.

So i can use this to purchase items from the Petzl catalogue (which they send through) of products at retail price... the prices are ridiculous!!

 

example.. Sequoia harness, FR Jones price £185 inc vat

Petzl RRP catalogue price £259.45!!!!

 

may as well just have the full refund then!!!

Yeah im in the same boat,i think they have looked at some different sites at prices can be very different depending on who you go through,What i wanted only came up to about £130 and i know i can get it cheaper from other places,so think ill just get the refund as well and buy cheaper!

Just been reading on petzl site. They are bringing out a revised one in January 2014. Anyone in the know?

Nah I didn't either. But I guess a nice letter asking if you could hold onto the refund plus 30% until then?
