I was between a Faith Mercury in PMT and the equivalent Tanglewood in Windows the other day. Tanglewood won.

I have a TW45 .  Good value instrument .

Aye, I've had my eyes on a Venus for a while, the right one came up at the right time. I've had a few tanglewoods over the years, good guitars.

I have a TW 45 as I said above but also a TW 145 . essentially the same instrument . The only difference is that the more expensive TW 45 looks posher being all gloss , the TW 145 being cheaper has a satin/matt surface to the sound board and actually sounds  better .

Yeah, the one I got is the 'Naked' version. It has a canny sound already so I'm looking forward to how she opens up. 

They use the same pickups throughout the range of Faith guitars. It's really put a smile on my face.
