The garden centre near me has both "traditional logs" and "hardwood logs" in pre bagged nets that look very similar. My assumption that the "traditional" ones are mixed or just softwood, they are a couple of quid a net cheaper.

Do they come flatpacked? Cos I haven't got a good history with them. I recently got a flat pack snowman but when it arrived there was just 2 buttons and a carrot in the soggy box !!

You should have had a basket of high tensile sea water with that to hold it together . The QC in the packing department is crap . Take it back ......
