  4. A disco commercial van is a 'car derived van' and you van happily do 70 on a dual carriageway A road. The legislation doesn't mention tax or use, it just says cars, motorcycles and car derived vans. I think the grey area comes with something like a Merc Vito where the floor pan is c class car. I use one at work so always consider it 'car derived'😀
  5. I've had a couple like this. They can over speed if the blades are worn or the air is blocked, and the result is the con rod gets bent.
  6. No big secret, but after a lot of internet searching I found the Combitools Workshop Manual and it is the only place i found it, im happy to share where but don't want it taken down.

  12. I'd check it's that. I just got one for a 136, it's over a fiver with the vat which seems a lot a half inch of what Barry describes as rubbish rubber. I wondered if there were any alternatives? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. OP says police caught the thieves in ten minutes and are coming to take a statement and yet there are still people who like to take the opportunity to have a moan anyway. Glad they didn't get away, let's hope there's a good outcome. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
