this is the kind off stuff a local firewood merchant is selling. classed as fully seasend logs ready to burn :thumbdown:any thouhgts from the experts

the person who sold that lot needs shot with $hit..........(making a quick penny gets you no where)

it gives the good suppliers a bad name..

i invite my customers to inspect the bags or load when its dropped::thumbup:

i dont think theres anything wrong with selling those logs, but only if the customer knows exactly what it is they are getting. selling such logs as seasoned must surely be against the trade descriptions act and therefore illegal.

 

i just sold a load of green wood tonight as it happens.....but told the customer exactly what it was and gave them the option of going elsewhere...they chose to take what i had. nothing wrong with that IMO

sorry,, when I first looked there was no picture. Selling them is one thing, but falsely advertising / describing them is another.
