Disappointed with T536 Li XP

Excited to get my new saw. First impressions; looks like a hobby chain on an XP saw. Charged batteries and undertook medium tree reduction, nice to use. Did about 25% battery usage = about 8 mins when warning light came on. Saw unusable. A bl--dy disgrace and very p--d off. Anyone else tried one yet and any problems?

Did you read the manual? Perhaps it takes a couple of charges to reach its full potential? Most batteries do

Agree entirely, it takes about 5 charge/discharge cycles before full capacity achieved dependant on battery and charger. if less than the design use is not achieved after that I would consult the manufacturer for support.

Have read the manual as has supplier, appears to indicate chain brake problem but brake going on and off properly. Suspect keypad problem. Batteries fully charged. Thanks for response.

I am sure I can get my money back but would prefer they gave me a,hopefully usable, saw.

Didn't want to hear this. It is probably a cycle thing though. You must let us know if they improve.

What power setting were you using it on? The full power does munch the batteries a bit, but on economy you should get longer.
