Ok.

 

The .410 Shotgun Cartridge is infact the only Shotgun Cartridge that reflects the diameter of the Bore.The other Cartridges 12,20,16 etc are how many lead Balls or the Bore diamter required to make one Pound of weight.Hence 12 Bore.

9mm is also a Pistol and Rifle Caliber,as well as being a Garden Gun Bore.

 

.410 of an inch is only a Shotgun Caliber.

 

These are .22 Shot shell Cartridges.Good for Rats in a Shed.

9mm Centrefire is a pistol cartridge.

 

9mm Rimfire is a shotgun cartridge.

 

I didn't think you can get solid projectiles for 9mm rimfire, so it is a shotgun only calibre.

 

Could well be wrong .... :001_tongue:
