Well said that man: they're on bread, chocolate croissants (class!) and raisins so far - all soaked in warm milk of course. 'Cos I know how to treat a bird.

Dont forget to put something out for our feathered friends.

We only have millions of starlings around here and flying rats ie doves, I wont be feeding them in a hurry, my favorite is little old cockney Sparra, now he will get a feed...

Very true. Only takes a couple of minutes to help the little fellas out.

Out there first thing this morning with suet cake and more importantly a kettle of boiling water to defrost the bird bath.

Topped up the peanuts this morning, will put together some fat balls later.

We get evreything from blue & great tits, green finches, sparras, pied wagtails, Jays, Lesser spotted woodpecker and even an occasional visit from a Ring tailed Parakeet.

We don’t get any birds in our garden….last week I spent £28 on bird feed from the local garden centre in an attempt to attract them in. Not a sausage! Must be something to do with the neighbours cat me thinks, wish I kept the air-rifle now!
