Truck was crashed in to on Friday and he drove off! Chased the car 300m down the road then fell over! he was sliding into every curb but he got away. I then spent the rest of the day looking for the car, I new it was local and found it!! He refused to give his details but admitted it! Police are going to be knocking on his door this week and his insurance is going sky high. Hopefully teach him a lesson!

The police should of gone to see him immediatly (drink driving),he can now say that it was you who drove into him if there arnt any witnesses.

it is still an offense to flee the scene of a accident. that still carrys points and a fine as well as the insurance going up.

But as a private citizen, it's the OP's word against the other driver's. There are no witnesses that we have been told of to support either story, unless of course somebody comes forward who saw the whole thing and can verify what happened. :001_smile:
