HI ALL im looking for a good exercise bike ive seen life fitness ones has any one have one they look well made ones do any one have one what do you think ive seen them on ebay i need to get fit it too wet to go out on the bike thanks all jon :thumbup:

the reebok one i'm using hasn't let me down yet in 2300km

 

not sure which model it is but most of the reebok ones seem very similar. the york ones where decent too

Get some bike rollers. Saves having a dumb bike stood taking up room. Use your road bike on them. Good for core balance and exercise.

 

You need a bike computer also I reckon so you know how "far" you have cycled in a certain time. Then you can try say how far you can get in 1/2 hr etc.

 

Otherwise harder to be motivated.
