By the way I was first aid trained as a scuba instructor, but cut my teeth patching up loads of bad cuts etc on the free party scene in the early 90's with wasted falling over people. Quite a bit of it was quite messy and I got loads of complements for my patching skills from various A&E departments:001_smile:

 

 

I was with Spiral Tribe and my old VW was the go to ambulance / ambiance:001_smile:

My silky has bitten me a few times on the way back from my parents woods. I always wear gloves when using my saw down there but normally see "just a small" branch on the way back to the house so go at it gloveless.

Brilliant! I was a bit young for Castlemorton but I was at school the other side if the hills, I remember sitting up late at night with the dormitory windows opening listening to the music. My geography teacher lived on the common. He looked distinctly knackered for a few weeks! I then cycled up there at the end of it and through the common as the last stragglers were packing up, different world back then, would have loved to have gone....

 

I nicked my finger just above the nail the other week. The weird thing about Silky cuts is because they're so sharp it rarely seems to hurt when you do it, so the first I knew of it [again] was when I started splashing blood everywhere.

Took a couple of days to stop bleeding fully. I found 'Hello Kitty' plasters to be ideal. That's the problem with having daughters...
