Large cedar dismantle and fell, client took more photos and vids, will put up later, this’ll do for now.

No, it’s rubbish, too big, concrete in big wounds, punky in places. Going to rot in the corner of a field.

Nice work mick! I absolutely love the ladders, reminds me of a classic photo of one of the guys i used to work with, 3 sets of ladders strapped up a big cedar in Suffolk in the 80's. Easier than body thrusting on 3 strand!

 

Was the rot caused by the removal of those big limbs in the past do you think?

Was that on an estate owned by a brewery, after the great storm?

I don't think so, i was in Cambridge working for a cambridge firm, might be mistaken, but sure the guys said it was in Saxmundham, at the church next to the big hill, which was only a few miles from where i grew up, hence remembering it.
