identify the tasks that are worse for your back and try and avoid them.

sorry to hear that as a bad back can turn a normal easy work day into a real slog.

Been spending the week clearing out trees as the property had been left for a good number of years.

Client wanted some extra trees down so we agreed all the woodchip and timber can stay on site.

In the short term - keep moving gently.  Bad backs seize up so you need to keep the muscles on the go a bit.  Sitting still, especially at a computer, is absolutely the worst for the back.

Chipping up following felling of a row of Monterey cypress on a development site

Day 4 on a job, all going perfect til I came across this at the top of a T shaped Scots pine. No idea beforehand that this rotten cavity was there. Had to totally change my plan of lowering big lumps. Got there in the end but took way longer than planned. Still on time to finish the job though.
