Dismantled a dead redwood today. It was dry as a bone. First proper dead tree I've done so it was a good confidence boost,

Thanks Paul.!Sadly it's getting burned. I'm seriously thinking of getting an Alaskan or similar. The lads that do furniture restoration could make some ace pieces with some of the timber we cut down.

This is one of them...the other is far more red in colour...but this is still beautiful
